The new look

Sweet two year old seems to have Amblyopia (lazy eye) and needs to wear glasses for the next three months to see if it can strengthen the muscle. So we're on day three and she's kept them on for now. Here she is showing off her new look.





Just in time to go back to Canada!

Visiting at Eid

This past Eid we enjoyed visiting some friends where dear Husband works. We dressed the girls up and off we went in and out of homes in the area. This can prove to be a challenge with three 5yrs and under. Oldest was quite pleased to find ducks at one home. Two yr old was happy to sit with another sweet man and listen to him talk with Daddy. We were proud of the girls it seems as they age these visits are getting a wee bit easier. :)

Just like Daddy

We caught oldest jumping on the machine after Daddy was done his daily workout. She even wore his sweaty shirt. :)

Never a dull moment with kids

Children never cease to amaze me. Four year old decided to pull one of the berries from my fall decoration and place it up her nose. Then it got stuck. Very stuck!




A quick trip to the ER with Daddy and lesson learned. :)

BBQ with friends

A great day together with friends but sadly it ended with a broken down car just as we climbed the big hill up from the Dead Sea. We did get to watch a beautiful sunset as we waited for the tow truck. :)

Look who turned four

Oct 16th
Sweet four year old requested a flower theme for her birthday this year. I attempted to make a flower cake, flower cookies and a flower garden.








All four year old wanted after she blew out the candles was one of those gum drop flowers from the garden...she had been waiting all day. She got her wish. :)

Thanksgiving

A great meal with friends,good food and lots of laughs. Our fellow Brits were good sports showing off some Canadian colours eh?

Another year of God's faithfulness and grace. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Good memories

We miss our dear friends but we bless them as they serve God back in Canada. We're cheering for them from Jordan. No matter where we live our friendship does not change.
