I grew up with one big brother and I loved it. I would not have wanted it any other way. For me this sister thing is pretty new. I get a kick out of watching my girls playing together. The fact that they are so close in age makes them best buddies...and life being a bit different over here makes it special that they are so close. Children truly are a blessing from the Lord.
Oh, so cute, my friend! You are def very blessed to have these 3 precious ones! As a mom of boys, there are days when I wonder what it would be like to have a girl. I guess that's what A is doing in my life right now. She gives me a glimpse. Not quite the same, but I do get to put those fab pigtails in her hair! :-)
ReplyDeleteI grew up with one sister and one brother. They were close in age, but I was the baby by a long shot. However, I can't imagine how I could have navigated my life without the constant love and support of my big sister and big brother. I've had to go through some pretty deep valleys but they have always been there for me. They been there in different ways because they are so different. My sister has been a tower of spiritual strength and practical support. I see those same qualities in her 2 children and I'm sure they are being taught and "caught" by their kids as well. ♥ Enjoy the "sister act" in your home ...it is a special bond, for sure. love to all xo
